Ticket Terms & Conditions:

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions set by the Event Organizer (the “Organizer”). Please read carefully before purchasing your ticket

1. Admission & Latecomers:

Doors will open prior to the scheduled show time. Please arrive promptly.

No admission will be granted if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. This is to minimize disruption to performers and fellow audience members.

2. Tickets & Refunds:

All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased, unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled (see Section 3).

Tickets are transferable to another person—please contact the Organizer to update attendee information in advance of the Event.

3. Event Changes: Rescheduling, Relocation or Cancellation:

If the Event is rescheduled or moved, the Organizer will offer the option to exchange your ticket for the new date or location.

If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered:
A refund for the ticket(s), or
The option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes or cancellations, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

4. Personal Circumstances:

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen or uncontrollable personal circumstances, you may request a transfer of your ticket to a future event.

This transfer is at the sole discretion of the Organizer, and no refund will be available in these circumstances.

5. Age Restrictions:

This Event may contain adult content, strong language, or mature themes.

It is recommended for attendees aged 14 and over.

6. Code of Conduct:

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

Disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated attendees may be removed without refund.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

7. Photography, Recording & Devices:

Unauthorized photography, audio or video recording is not permitted during the performance.
Please silence or turn off mobile phones before the show begins.

The Event may be professionally photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes unless you notify the
Organizer in advance.

8. Health & Safety:

The Event will follow all current health and safety guidelines in effect at the time, including any public health regulations.

Attendees may be required to follow safety measures such as mask-wearing or distancing, subject to venue policies.

9. General:

Entry is subject to venue capacity and security policies.
