Agreement for the Creative Cauldron

By completing your registration for the Creative Cauldron, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Founding Member Fees are $869USD/year or $79USD/month, and Regular Fees are $1089/year or $99USD/month. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. As long as you remain a member, you maintain your price at the time of registration!

- Delivery Method: The Creative Cauldron online hub is in Mighty Networks! Where we gather and make will be over Zoom!

- Engagement: You will engage with the sessions and meet-ups in a way that deeply supports your creative work. You will have the opportunity to choose how much you want to engage and will be supported in that choice! You’re encouraged to stretch yourself in support of your creative dreams but to not overcommit. This is a space of nourishment AND action!

- Confidentiality: All information and experiences shared by you and others in this membership are confidential and will remain confidential unless you have express permission from the individual sharing information or experience. You may share your experience outside of the group, but protect the confidentiality and anonymity of your fellow participants.

- Use and limits of Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that the methods, processes and practices are the Intellectual Property of Chela Davison Development Inc. and are shared with you for your personal, professional and leadership development. You will not use, duplicate, or distribute this content as your own or for business or remunerative purposes. The same goes for the content or shared IP of any fellow participants who share their works in progress.
